Conveniently located near Orchard, MBS, Gardens by the Bay, major attractions & CBD. Few mins walk to Tiong Bahru MRT station & mall. eateries,local food, restaurants, cafes surrounding the condo. Supermarket right next door. This condo has a lift, u don’t have to carry your luggage up the stairs. For monthly rental, cleaning is provided twice. Private, Clean & Quiet residence conveniently located near major attractions and amenities. Single bed for 1 person, or 2 single beds for 2 persons/a couple. Let me know and I will set up the beds accordingly. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged, depending on reservation schedule.

Great location. Studio is small but has the necessary. Note that the studio is part of big apartment. Bed quality is average. Overall good stay

Le logement bien que petit et rudimentaire était moderne et bien situé dans Singapour. La propriétaire a été à l'écoute de mes besoins en me fournissant un grille-pain et une cafetière neuve . Elle répondait rapidement aux courriels échangés. De plus, elle m'a fourni une passe pour le Skypark. J'y retournerai avec plaisir .
Very well located with numerous options for local and international cuisine. The place is convenient in a very nice building with nice amenities like the gym and pool. Access to public transportation is very easy. The host is responsive and friendly.
Cynthia, is the best Airbnb host with great recommendations and quick contact. Place was clean and had lots of extras especially a great pool and gym. Great location next to some of the best food I've had in Singapore. A+++

Popular tourist spots -Marina Bay Sands, Orchard Road and Sentosa Island nearby.
Located on the MRT green line. 4 mrt stops away from City Hall and another 3 stops away from Orchard. Minutes to MBS & major attractions. Short taxi ride to all attractions as my unit is centrally located.
