A great stay for our family with little kids

Second time staying here and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Wells! The cottage itself is immaculate and has everything you could need. My son loved sitting on the enclosed porch in the morning with his Legos. The pool and common area is great, just a short walk away, never too crowded and the kid had a blast swimming. Short ride to the beach and surrounding towns. Go early and park free. Highly recommend Congdon’s after dark; food trucks and craft drinks galore.

My teen son and so had a great visit at Brian’s AirBnB. The cottage had all the amenities we might need. My son really enjoyed hanging out at the hot tub and pool. We toured a different town around the area everyday. In Wells we golfed at Merriland Farms and went to the Wells Nature Reserve. We shopped in Kittery and caught a show in Portsmouth NH. In Kennebunkport we took a lobster boat tour with Rugosa Tours and explored the town and beaches. In Portland we went to the Sea Dogs and toured the city. In Ogunquit we saw a play and enjoyed the coast and town. In York we went to the lighthouse and beach. So many great things to do. For food check out When Pig’s Fly, Stutsyes Pub, Merriland Farms, Maine Diner and Congdons for the donuts and food trucks. We had a great time and recommend to others.

Brian's place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Great location! We were able to go back and forth between Wells and Ogunquit with no problem.
