The place was nice and about a mile walk to the strip. Had great views. I would say there could be improvement on a couple of things. The freezer and fridge was a little faulty. I couldn’t get either very cold after turning the temp down. I would have loved to have a supply of coffee. We had enough for one morning. Also, leaving extra toilet paper in the room would be convenient, too. Other than that, the room was nice.

This was the most beautiful place I have ever seen! The view was to die for. oooo Ladies that water fall shower go crazy! I highly recommend this place. Thank u for letting me experience something I normally could not.

The room itself was nice in terms of the layout and design however, the horrid smell, uncleanliness, and edm-concert like noise made it imperative to quickly get out. We arrived to the apartment at 11:00pm after a long journey. We were greeted with music blasting through our walls until 3:30am. We contacted the front desk and security and they kept saying they couldn’t do anything because the person playing the music was an owner. Kind of defeats the purpose of a hotel being the place you get your sleep. We eventually got the police to come and they managed to turn the music off. Our next day was completely ruined because we could not sleep. We were able to get a refund for the next two nights however were very disappointed that we did not get a refund for that night. I would have rather slept with the homeless people on the strip. Oh and did I mention I’ve smelled dogshit with a more pleasant scent than the room.

We Could not sleep due to extremely loud music playing our entire stay by the neighbor who owns the unit next door. It ruined our last days of our vacation because we were extremely sleep deprived. The Hotel did not log our complaints in the notes, as they were supposed to do, and they could not switch unit because it was rented through airbnb. The fridge/freezer & ice machine was broken and a lot of our food went spoiled. We reported these things to the host and they refused to compensate us for anything. We provided Airbnb an incident number from security when the neighbor was arrested for disturbance and they also said they could not assist or contact the hotel. I would highly recommend not renting this unit.

Excellent place for vacation. EProNet were great with assistances, we are looking forward to booking with them again.
