We had a great time at the lake house. It was a perfect little getaway for a few days around the 2024 eclipse. The house was easy to find, neat and clean, and with plenty of room for the four of us. The enclosed porch and the good-sized deck were great for the warm days, and the gas fireplace in the family room was perfect for cool nights on the lake. It was cloudy for the eclipse itself, but the view over the lake was still spectacular. The clouds also didn't stop us from grilling some nice steaks on the deck afterward. Our crazy dog even managed to jump into the lake off the dock! Working with Derek was really easy, and he was super helpful in quickly sending us a couple of things that we accidentally left behind.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very pretty and relaxing out on the lake. Really enjoyed the Kayaks. Having the comfortable enclosed porch looking out on the lake made all the difference in a cute but small home. Great place to read and relax. Honeoye does not have much in the way of restaurants but there are a lot within 30 minutes and it is a central location to many state parks to hike. We had a good time.

Had a great time here! Location is perfect right on the water! Nice having the tube, kayaks and canoe. Wished there was a ladder on dock to get out of water as there was lots of seaweed by shoreline. Just a suggestion 😊 we all enjoyed our stay and definitely would come back!

The view was a gift! The rental was comfortable, like home! A perfect escape. Very peaceful! Add to all of this, great fishing! We were here for a family reunion. Of the five different rentals ours had the best view!

Great place. e Great time. Enjoyed are stay
