Dave and Carol are wonderful hosts. Loved their hospitality , everything was great. There are some gorgeous views from their property. Dave had arranged all the instructions for us to check-in. 5 star hosts!

We thoroughly enjoyed our “U.P” getaway at Dave & Carol’s cottage! Clear instructions made the cabin easy to find and check in easy-peasy after our long drive up to Rapid River. Beds were very comfortable, the cabin offered many amenities that we loved- my kids especially loved the paddle boat just outside the back door, and the wii and smart T.V’s to enjoy at night after long days of exploring outside. We had an incident with a small accident on the door, after letting the owners know of the accident, they were very understanding and gracious in helping us find a resolution. We recommend this cabin 100% and already are looking forward to returning next year at this time. The fall leaves were starting to change colors making it an even more breathtaking experience. Don’t hesitate on this getaway- take this trip to the beautiful UP of Michigan & stay with the Million Dollar View cottage, you’re going love it!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dave and Carol’s listing. The cabin is situated on a beautiful lake that lets you unwind. The property was very clean. The hosts are very friendly. We had awesome welcome goodies. They were extremely responsive. This is one cabin I would definitely go back to again

Dave and Carol's cott age exceeded all of our expectations! Dave met us when we arrived to show us around, giving us helpful information. They left us a welcome gift basket along with great info on the area. The views are amazing ! The cottage was spotless, very well stocked, and very comfortable. We will definitely be returning!
