Located on beautiful river green belt; quiet, friendly neighbors; four blocks to catch bus service to any city in the area and drop off bus service 75 meters from front door of home; 6 blocks to el centro plaza, restaurants, retail shopping. Very nice and clean home. Very professionally painted interior. Nicely decorated throughout with small to large paintings, pictures and nik-naks. Furniture like new. Four flat screen TV's with ethernet cable service. Stereo system with large pack of CD music. Host is friendly and very responsive. Bonus: Recreational amenities: road bike and mountain bike, exercise bike, fishing pole and gear (yes, people fish the river in town).
