This is the second year that we stay in Thomas's place and i think it speaks for itself. The location is great with everything being so close: 10 min walk to the beautiful, long and clean beach, 5-7 min walk to shops, cafes, tavernas and restaurants with excellent food and 30-40 min drive to Athens. The house is comfortable and specious and has all the necessary things for comfortable stay. You only need to be mindful of mosquitoes when you sit in the garden or veranda in the evening and bring repellents with you! Some lovely treats from Thomas were a wonderful surprise and were very much appreciated by us. Highly recommend the place and would be happy to stay there once we go to Greece again.

Des chiens qui hurlent toute la journée. Un chien errant dangereux. Le logement est situé dans le couloir aérien (avions passants a basse altitude). Logement perdu au fond d'une impasse, cheminements piétons douteux pour accéder en ville... Bref une location a eviter

We stayed at Thomas’s place in august 2021 for three weeks and really enjoyed our stay. The check in was easy - Thomas met us at the house and made sure we have water upon return ur arrival as it was very hot in Artemida that day. The house is exactly as it shown on the photos. It is very clean and comfortable with all the things necessary for the stay. Air conditioners worked perfectly fine and the water pressure in the bathroom was great. The location is also great in the proximity of various tavernas and cafes with delicious food, grocery shops, etc. The walk to the beach was also easy and pleasant- it took us about 10 min to get there. I would definitely recommend the place for the stay to other travelers and also hope we will have the chance to return there ourselves! Thank you, Thomas!
