THIS PROPERTY IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES WITH BABIES OR YOUNG CHILDREN WHO DON'T KNOW HOW TO SWIM This is a newly constructed house with a contemporary design and a convenient floor plan. Plenty of windows and light. Loft type integrated kitchen, bar, and living room. There are two large rooms at each side of the house with their respective walk-in closets and full bathrooms. There is a 1/2 bathroom for guests in the living room area. Once in the house, you will enjoy stunning 360 degrees breathtaking views, probably one of the best views in town. Surrounded by nature and hiking trails, this is is more than a place to disconnect from work and "recharge you batteries”. It’s a “resort style” home fully equipped with all the amenities that you may expect to spend a fancy and stylish vacation that you will never forget!

La estadía en Mimare es realmente un Sueño! Todos los días queríamos volver para ver el atardecer desde la casa. Esta muy cerca de La Cumbre que tiene una gran oferta gastronomica, artisitica y muchos negocios. Tanto Fernando como Martina la casera responden muy rapido y nos ayudaron con todas las consultas que pudimos tener (que fueron muy pocas realmente). La casa estaba super limpia y contaba con todo lo que podíamos neceistar! Sin duda volvería!
La casa es mucho más bonita de lo que se ve en fotos. Amplia, cómoda, acogedora, con muchos detalles que hacen que la estadía sea increíble. Fernando es preocupado y flexible. Responde rápidamente y siempre estuvo atento a todo. Recomiendo esta casa sin duda, no dejen de visitarla.
Es la segunda vez que vamos a la casa de Fernando y nos encanta. El atardecer es bellísimo. Inmejorable vista y ubicación. Es probable que repitamos el año que viene
Hermosa casa, amplia, confortable, con una vista impresionante, muy bien equipada, con detalles de decoración muy cálidos y una limpieza impecable. Una mención especial para Martina quien nos recibió personalmente, muy amable y atenta siempre estuvo para responder todas nuestras consultas e imprevistos. Y Fernando siempre estuvo a disposición. La pasamos muy lindo. Deseamos volver pronto!!

Located in the idillic town of Los Cocos where you can enjoy the stunning mountains and valley views. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. A short 7 kilometers scenic drive will take you to the charming town of La Cumbre, where you can play golf in one of the most beautiful golf courses of the country. You will also find fancy restaurants and a good number of stores and boutiques where you can find all the goods necessary for your stay. Its cottage-style bungalows and gardens are legacies of the British immigrants who arrived in the early 20th century. Nearby Cuchi Corral, a cliff overlooking the Río Pintos valley with sweeping views, is known as a paragliding launch site. A short trip through a challenging dirt road, will take yo to the beautiful swimming holes of Rio Pintos, where you can relax and play in its pristine waters
You can take a taxi or rent a car from Cordoba International Airport (About 80 kilometers). Bus services are available to connect to local towns, Cordoba and Buenos Aires. Getting around by car is the best option. Roads are mostly in good shape and you will enjoy stunning views!
