The Condo is just lovely. Walk out the door and onto the beach. The pictures do not do the place justice, it's better than what you expect. There is everything you could ever need. There was even a grater I could use for the nutmeg I brought with me for rum punches. Lots of great places to eat that were very reasonable . Some really nice hikes and adventures touring the island. The kayaks were fun to use. Just watching all the boats right in front of us was great fun. Sunsets and sunrises were spectacular. The water is warm and so much fun to swim and snorkel right out the door. Everything felt really safe. Really clean. Felt like you were borrowing a friends house not going to a rental. Great job.

This is a great place to relax! The condo is modern, the beds are very comfortable and the deck is a place you never want to leave ( except to jump in the ocean). We really enjoyed our stay.

3rd trip to the island, and the wife and I could not have found a better place to rent for our stay. Private beach in our footsteps, great views, walking distance to all of Simpson Bay Nightlife. Pet, the house manager, is super friendly and very responsive when needed. If it's available, book it. You won't regret it. Ian & Megan, thanks for your place

We are sitting on our deck overlooking the ocean and all of the cool boats. It's our last night and we are so sad. This is just the most amazing place and we don't want to leave. As a matter of fact we cancelled another February trip to return here because the condo and location are just perfect. This is truly five-star luxury accommodations. Everything is immaculate and so nicely decorated. The beds are so comfortable and I slept like a baby. You can't beat the location. We walked to stores and restaurants. We travel to lots of warm destinations and this was one of our most favorite accommodations. Waking up to the beautiful blue ocean every morning was surreal. Don't hesitate for a minute to book this luxury beachfront condo. We can't wait to come back!!
