Jayson's place was fantastic! The location was convenient, the apartment was clean and well-equipped, and Jayson was a great host, providing clear communication and helpful tips. I would highly recommend staying here! Also, there's a lot of restaurants and convenience store nearby. A must book when you have an appointment at US Embassy & St Lukes.

It was the first time we had a stay na walang galoon of water sa place. Buti na lang the place is near sa Rob. Medyo nagkaproblem lang kami sa shower, it was gurgling lang noong umaga. It won't turn on in the morning despite following the instructions and pacheck sa admin. Admin was quick to answer tho. You can count on that. We were able to communicate the issue in the morning but unfortunately lunch na when it was fixed. We used the shower na lang sa swimming area. Madulas yung floor ng CR, even with the non-slippery rug. Walang ring Netflix logged-on sa TV, so hindi siya appealing for GenZ/Millenials who wants a night out+ staycation in Manila. Mabait yung caretaker nila. Plus points 🙃 WiFi is medyo mabagal - during the time we stayed nagkaroon ng system maintenance yung provider. We used our phone data kaso medyo mahina rin cellular signal. The place is clean and good. Mataas yung kitchen cupboard and you need may kasama na medyo matangkad to reach things.

Highly recommend this place. It's very clean and smells good. ang linens napaka fresh. just across US embassy.
