We arrived to a very off putting and confusing greeting... We knocked on the less than well marked door and Pilar said hello before abruptly slamming the door in our faces and leaving us dumbfounded. After knocking several times she opened the door a few minutes later and explained that she hadn't finished cleaning. (We were 20 min early...) The apartment looked clean, however a foul odor stank profusely throughout the apartment, especially in our room. After a long day of traveling we were very excited to rest in a comfortable bed, however we were met with much regret as we found a lumpy futon disguised as a mattress. The frame was felt through the mattress and did not comfortably accommodate two... We only stayed for a night and left for the airport early in the morning. She arranged a taxi for us which was waiting promptly at our requested time. Overall our experience left us feeling confused and uncomfortable. We feel like apartment is very overpriced, however the views are spectacular.

Pilar is nice person, who lives in nice apartment with impressive view. Area is good as well, where is many small shops and one tiny convenient restaurant with good service and talkative owner. Pilar also picked me up from the airport at the night.
