Rafaelo’s place was great. It was easy to find, the check-in process was smooth, room was as described, and the best part is having valet parking included with the original booking (no extra fees). Signature Tower was a walkable distance to MGM’s casino, as well as to The Strip.

Rafaelo's room at the Signature Grand was super nice and a great deal. The room is only a few steps away from the elevator and once you enter it's great. The room is very spacious, clean, and has a great view of the pool. Not only is there a comfy bed, but a nice desk area and lounging couch area. The bathroom is rather large, the shower head had a massaging flow, and the tub! OMG, I thoroughly enjoyed the tub with jets. One of my favorite things, plenty of outlets. As I was on a work trip and needed to use my laptop and tablet in different areas of the room - there was always an outlet available. Rafaelo made sure to send a welcoming text and a few texts to check on me that was the right amount. I definitely will book this place again whenever I return to Vegas.

Great studio, terrific view of the strip and Sphere. Great location, walking distance to the strip, restaurants and the staff including, check in representatives and valet were extremely friendly and helpful. The bathroom with the jacuzzi tub was the best, especially walking a lot it felt extremely relaxing. The only negative that we had experience was the lack of lighting on the kitchen counter. The center light fixture underneath the cabinet was not working. But other than that, your studio was excellent. Thanks again
