Flexible checkin and checkout. We checked in and the air was getting repaired the next morning and he said that should be fine since it wasn't hot. Which depending on where you are from hot means different things. It was not in the rules that the air cannot go below 23. So, when the air was fixed we couldn't turn it down below 23. They has a fan that was a $40 plastic fan we had to run on high and it shook and fell over and a piece broke. So, we were charged for that. Which I don't disagree with because we should have mentioned it when it happened. I get a $4573 bill from AirBnB, and I was like, what in the world. It should have been $45. But that was never communited before he sent the bill. Which he could have becuase one night my son had two friends over after 9pm and I was contacted immediately. Other than that, the location is very convenient - near thr main street but not super busy and for a studio type it was a deal.
