这次住宿体验真是太棒了，出门就是风景，交通很便利，附近还有个超市可以补给。房间干净又宽敞，Mirko是个特别优秀的主人，不但亲自来接我们，还不厌其烦的给我们许多信息，多洛米蒂真的太美了，下次还回来，继续住Mirko家，住久些。

Posizione tranquilla e ottima per spostarsi anche a piedi, molto vicino al centro di Santa Cristina invece il centro di Selva raggiungibile a piedi in 40 minuti facendosi una bella passeggiata. Appartamento molto pulito e ordinato con tutta l attrezzatura della cucina disponibile. Parcheggio molto comodo e disponibile in loco. Ideale per chi vuole praticare lo sci, ma anche a passare dei bei giorni in Val Gardena.

We are a couple who stayed 5 days for a ski vacation. The place is warm, recently renovated, extremely clean and the owner Mirko is very friendly and helpful. One time we got stranded in the mountain due to bad weather and he helped us a lot! He responds to messages within 5 minutes. The appartment is also equipped with basic cooking supplies and a very nice oven. Both bialleti coffee machine and drip coffee included. The only minus for the place is that you cannot ski in and out. You either need to take the ski bus (owner provides free tickets) or drive with your car 3 mins to a nearby gondola parking. Also the beds and pillows are on the soft side but this is very hard to make perfect for everyone. All and all we really enjoyed the stay!!

Pros: Clean, nice place within walking distance from the bus stop. Early check-in granted for luggage storage as well. Cons: The check-out was the most inconsiderate experience I have ever had in any place I ever stayed in. At exactly 10 am, the host barged in the apartment while we were half dressed and finishing our packing, claiming cleaning was needed. When asked if she always kicks guests out like this, the response was blunt: “Yes, check-out is at 10 am.” Absolutely rude. I would expect at least a warning message beforehand, or at least some patience as we were already finishing our packing and almost ready to leave. Treating people with kindness and respect goes a long way. Overall: Despite a decent place, the disrespectful check-out makes it unworthy of recommendation or a return visit.
