We want to reach out to the staff we met during our stay. Eza who runs the desk is efficient and responsive and we are thankful for communicating with us if we had questions or concerns especially since it was our first time ever in Bali. They set up a driver to get us from the airport upon request and they delivered without hesitation. Not only did they Pickus up and dropped us off, their driver Mahendra, even went out of his to coordinate our ferry and transportation to our following destination! Breakfast was AMAZING we wish we could remember the gentlemen’s name who cooked for us, breakfast was a phenomenal start to each day, we were impressed and grateful. We had the pool terrace which is a beautifully designed bridge walk way over the water to get to our room, it really does gives you the feel of romantic seclusion. The room is spacious and they tidied up our room each day. It’s a cute and outdoorsy design that has a coffee incorporated into its lobby. Very layed back atmosphere and nice architecture. It’s just 5-10min walk to the main strip of restaurants, shops and the beaches. Secluded enough to enjoy your rest but close enough to feel the energy of downtown. Highly suggest to anyone especially those who are new to Bali like we were :)

Our family of four stayed at Bali Ginger Suite's family suite (1 queen/king(?) sized bed, 2 twin beds) from 25 May 2015 - 29 May 2015. The location of Bali Ginger Suites is ideal for travelers who want to be near the beach (10 mins walk) and shopping streets (5 mins walk), yet tucked away from the main streets, and away from loud bars. I noted that some earlier reviews state that there is loud music at night from the nearby bars, but during our stay the music was muffled and didn't bother any of us. Breakfast is complimentary; the omelette was a hit with my brother and mother. I very much enjoyed the fresh muesli. Sliced fruits, coffee/tea and juice with every breakfast set. Great start to each morning! The staff were polite and very helpful with their recommendations. Our rooms were spotless and the sheets were changed daily. Pool towels are available next to the pool. Will definitely recommend Bali Ginger Suites to friends and family who want to visit Bali. Thanks Lou & everyone who made our stay so comfortable and relaxing!

The connecting rooms we booked were comfortable and clean. The location was very convenient for what we wanted to do (easy access to good restaurants, the beach, spas). The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Ginger Suites. The only small complaint we had was (for light sleepers) with the nightclub noise (which goes until 4 am). The bathrooms also had a lot of mosquitoes, but after the first day, we controlled this with spray and burning coils.

We had a wonderful time at the villa, it is really well located and the rooms are all well furnished. We have to say that one of the factors which helps us the most to spend great holidays, was the warm welcoming of the entire staff, we really felt at home. A special thanks to Pia and Vita who were amazing. We would definitively recommend people to stay at this villa.

Hi guys, me and my cousin stayed there for 8 nights and we're extremely impressed with the room. The staff were so nice and welcoming. The 2 managers pia and vita are absolutely amazing to deal. I have stayed at hotels all over the world and have never had friendlier staff.
