Place is very convenient, close to many f&b. Easy to communicate with owner. But now have construction beside and close to the place so it’s very noisy every day. When it’s sunny day, in the afternoon both bedrooms very hot. At night have smoke smell from downstairs unit. Pillow are too soft.

Tina's place is very well-located in Balestier; you'll have access to lots of great food and sufficient amenities. A small nearby mall means that groceries and necessities are easily accessible. The condo itself is equipped with most items you'll need for a longer-term stay. Do note that there is some ongoing construction along the street, you can expect a fair bit of noise throughout the day. Overall we enjoyed our time here, thanks Tina for the smooth communication and pleasant stay.

We stay total of 6 weeks .. The location is very convenient.. easy enough to get to town , nearby food centre. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The house’s floor , toilet were cleaned when we check in. But the downside were Firstly, the balcony sliding doors and another window panels can’t be locked. Secondly , all four air conditioners were all so dusty, it’s wasn’t managed at all, it was so bad that my family were coughing n sneezing because of the dust. ( the owner got it managed after we feedback to her. Thirdly, the common toilet’s was not working upon our 3 weeks stay. We feedback to the owner but nothing was done. Lastly , the washer machine and the dryer were not functioning properly… Basically, the dryer is spoiled. Hope all the issues were addressed and the next visitors will have a more Pleasant experience.
