We rented out this space for a mother and her newborn babe who were coming out of a precarious housing situation. Michael was extremely accommodating and helpful in allowing us to use this space to ensure their family could stay together. He was attentive, the space was clean, beautiful and within walking distance to all major Victoria sites. Thank you Michael for allowing us to use this space for family reunification.

I stayed at Michael's for over a month. As soon as I entered the apt I felt at home. The place is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need and more for an extended stay. The owners added personalized touches upon my arrival that show their thoughtful and considerate nature. Michael was easy to connect with and was quick to respond. I really enjoyed the location, it is close enough to downtown and everything is walking distance. I felt safe walking around at all hours of the day/night. Highlights of the apt include the super comfortable bed (it's better than the one I have at home!), the deep bath tub (perfect for bubble baths), and I really valued having a parking spot (though everything is walking distance and a bus stop is just outside the building). There is also a little balcony, it was too cold to use in Jan/Feb, but would be great in the summer! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends/family! Thanks again Michael!

Our stay at Michael and Annidia’s place was amazing. They are wonderful hosts, available anytime you may need them - like we did need help at one instance and Michael came in the very next day to help. The 834 is right in the heart of downtown Victoria with easy access to buses, cafés and restaurants, and hence, was a very convenient place for my parents to live. The rooms receive plenty of sunlight (which I really liked) and the kitchen has everything that one would need to prepare food. It is a very clean and well maintained apartment. My parents had the best vacation while staying at this place!

I travel to Victoria quite often and booked for a month this trip specifically looking for a balcony and view. Unfortunately sea gulls were a nuisance and created a mess to the deck which made it impossible to enjoy. View was unexpected as building next door is an eye sore but proximity to downtown is fantastic. Neighbours and building management are great!. The unit is very well equipped and decorated. Lots of thoughtful detail but I did run out of some supplies and had to change a couple lightbulbs in kitchen first day in addition to a printer ink cartridge. (though having a printer available was a nice touch)

This apartment is very clean, central, and well-stocked with everything you might need. Because of the downtown location, it’s great to have the secure car park & secure building. Really appreciated the extra towels! We had a problem one day when the elevators were down, and Michael was very quick to get back to us and get in touch with the manager. It does get very bright in the bedroom in the early morning bc you can’t put the blind down all the way bc of the air conditioner. May not be an issue at cooler times of the year when the ac isn’t needed.
