Although the accommodation is located on a small street, on which definitely some traffic is going on, the place is actually not really loud (there is also no construction noise e.g. in the sourroundings). Although there are other bungalow buildings on the other side of the street, you are very much on your own and quite alone, especially because the only two neighbouring properties are abandoned and do look like this (the one on the right looks almost ruinous). Weak nerves and fear of ghosts or burglars are therefore not helpful in the evening and at night, but nobody ever came to the property during our one week stay, we were not disturbed or unpleasantly surprised by anything. The actual access road (20 meters long) is quite bumpy, but you can easily park on it in front of the house (there is also extra space for a car on the property itself). The biggest part of the garden is in front of the house, on the pictures it is overly green but during our stay it was dry as a bone and and totaly covered with leafes - therefore it looked a bit wild or neglected, so sadly we didn't use it at all. In every other respect the pictures of the ad correspond with the reality well. Around the whole house there is a terrace walkway and an entrance door at each of the four corners (whose locks are all quite rusty - the door to the property itself, for example, could not be closed at all, cause it was warped). Strangely enough, we only needed one single key to get into the house, but we got a huge bunch of keys pressed into our hands when we arrived. The swimming pool is located behind the house, it is big and offers a very nice view over the whole coast (offshore islands and the port of Nathon), especially beautiful sunsets and a great night sky. It is about 1.5 meters deep throughout, the tiles of the pool are rather grubby and there is no water purification system, only a net to fish out the leaves and insects (which fall into the pool daily). As a result the water turns into a light green colour after a week and it doesn't help just throwing in a handful of more chlorine (you have to take care of the pool yourself, of course). The house itself is visibly aging, the equipment is quite charming, but reminds of one's grandparents house so to say. It was not brightly polished, the kitchen really only had the most basic equipment and the furniture was not comfortable to sit on, but the beds were freshly made, the air conditioning worked, Wifi was running well (just sometimes had short dropouts) and there was also a brand new cold water washing-machine. The attic bedroom is separated with a kind of homemade vertical trapdoor that is clamped to the inner roof slope. It is spacious and very bright, as it has windows all around and therefore provides a nice view, though it does not get too hot inside in the morning. However, all windows in the house do not close flush, there is always a clear gap at the upper edge - nevertheless, we did not have any mosquitoes in the house (contrary to the beaches). From noon on it gets very hot inside (that goes for the pool as well cause there is no shadow anywhere), in the evening this is endurable as long as all doors are open wide. The only fan in the living room is surely not enough for cooling, because the house is equipped with light bulbs and halogen spotlights all over, which rapidly equals a turned on heating (though not all of them work). When taking a shower the water run off badly (same goes for one of the kitchen basins) and additionally there is a big ponding in front of the toilette-seat. The water is heated up by a boiler, which worked very well especially for the shower, but at the bathroom‘s sink only hot water was running, no cold water at all. There is also a second bathroom (the one with the corner bath) located underneath the terrace, next to the basement (the small covered staircase at the front of the building is leading to the basement actually). You have to leave the main house to enter that bathroom, which has a very low ceiling, and apart from that it looked quite dusty (so we did not use it, too). All in all the accommodation is rather suitable for staying overnight than spending a whole holiday just there. But as we did get used to the house after a while, we felt comfortable there. The owner is friendly and the communication was good, he took good care that we do find the house on our arrival. We finally could leave the house even later than 10 o'clock and did not have to pay our electricity consumption additionally, because we had booked via Airbnb.

Отличное локация с потрясающим видом на море и не забываемыми закатами. Локация очень удобная, 5 минут до рынка и 7eleven и 10 до большого супермаркета в городе. Но нужно понимать что удобно только с транспортом (машина или мопед) пешком будет ходить тяжело очень крутой подъем. Матрасы очень жесткие. Второй сан. узел. с ванной очень красиво сфотографирован. По факту он в подвальном помещении, мы не разу им не пользовались... и видно что давно им не пользовались. Кондиционеры только в спальнях. В гостиной на кухни очень жарко, вентилятора который предоставил хозяин не хватает. Мы купили еще один мощный вентилятор с ним намного, лучше. Мы оставили его в доме. Бассейн каждый день чистят. На кухне есть все удобства, и кухонная утварь. Есть новая хорошая стиральная машина. В целом отличное место для отдыха.
