Appartamento molto confortevole, pulito e ben attrezzato. Peccato solo manchi la lavastoviglie. Posizione perfetta per visitare il centro storico a piedi.

We stayed in Pordenone at the apartment for a month with three adults and three children. The apt looks just like the photos. The patio is great and quiet (a couple nights a week the restaurant goes late and one night they had a party). The rooms are a good size and there are distinct spaces so we didn’t feel on top of each other. The best part was the location. It is about 50 meters from the main pedestrian street. The train station is less than ten minutes away. There is a free parking lot 8 minutes away that always has spots, plus you can park in a plaza about 2 minutes away for free from 1900-0800. You can walk to the grocery store in 8 minutes. There are three gelaterias within 10 minutes. The alley it is on is very cute. The pub downstairs can make some noise (moving empty kegs and bottles around) but it was not too distracting. Frederico was very responsive. The only negative was that the shower is very snug. It can’t be more than 1 meter by 1.3 meters. We would stay again.

Very nice place in the best location in town. Spacious and well done out. A really good place to stay.

The check-in process is not self check-in but Federico was very friendly and responsive to assist with checking in. Once inside the only complaint is the tiny shower (I'm a large man, but even my tiny wife had trouble in the space) and the doors that get the floor wet, but it is also probably the best use of the space and everything looks pretty. The location is superb! There is so much life and activity and places to eat and shop right there! But when it was time for bed we never felt like it was too loud or intrusive. I would recommend Frederico's Residence Casette to anyone
