Rosemary’s place delivered everything described. Great location, easy walking distance to shops and parks.

We loved our few days at Rosemary's. There was lots of room for the 2 of us, and our dog Penny loved sitting on the front lawn in the afternoon sun. The cottage is an easy walk to Mt Beauty's main street cafés and restaurants, and the golf course is just around the corner. We look forward to coming back in the winter for skiing.

We loved returning to Rosemary’s spotless home. It’s walking distance to two parks our boys (7&9) love, and our golden retriever adores perching on the verandah and spying on the neighbourhood cats. Such a comfortable place to call home and Rosemary is a generous and flexible host - we’ll be back again and again. Ps. Best shower water pressure ever ❤️

Rosemary and Malcolm were friendly and welcoming and it was great meeting them. The house is old and a little tired, but it had everything we needed and was very comfortable and spacious. It has been thoughtfully set up with lots of little extras. The photos are accurate and give a good idea of what to expect. We certainly weren't disappointed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The area is, of course, simply beautiful. We had a small problem with TV reception, but Rosemary & Malcolm came around the next morning and fixed it as well as securing a window that we couldn't get to shut properly.

Had a great time at Rosemary’s place and was very accommodating for 6 people. Just be aware there is only 1 bathroom (this didn’t bother us).
