Leeann’s studio is located in the historic center of Mount Vernon. Easy walks to coffee, restaurants & shops. The studio is perfect for 1 or 2. Well stocked & cared for. Leeann was a very helpful host both ahead of time as well as during my stay. When I need lodging in the Skagit I will definitely return.

What a wonderful place, right in the middle of Mt. Vernon. The studio was very nicely appointed, with a very comfortable bed, plenty of towels, and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cooking instruments and even some snacks. A numerber of excellent restaurants nearby. The Riverwalk was very nice, as well as the plaza next to it. The Sunday market was a bonus.

Clean, quaint and rather rustic. Most everything was a bit dated and could use some updating. The only access is from an ally that is rather narrow. Location in the heart of downtown was good for access to restaurants.

Leeann is a very helpful and responsive host! The studio was clean and comfortable, and just as described on Airbnb. The location is excellent and very walkable to great restaurants, the Co-op, and other spots in downtown Mt Vernon. Overall, I recommend Leeann's place!
