可爱的两卧室小公寓，设备齐全，靠近市中心的商店、博物馆、酒吧和古董店。距离Signal Hill和Cape Spear灯屋等历史遗址只有很短的车路程。就在山下，就是徒步旅行者的宽敞东海岸小径的开始。距离市中心和高速公路仅几分钟路程，可前往未开发的零件。靠近圣克莱尔医院（ St. Claire 's Hospital ）、加油站和24小时杂货店。我们不希望没有孩子入住。车库路边停车位。

This was our third time staying at Victors Airbnb and we always enjoy our stay! Perfect location! Clean and spacious! And off road parking is always a perk when booking downtown! Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Victor’s place. We have stayed with Victor a few times and he has always been very quick to respond and a very nice guy. His place was just as described. Beautiful apartment. We would recommend this place to anyone. It’s also walking distance from downtown.

I make my living in St. John's involved in the local entertainment industry; most of that work in film, television, and theatre. My work has often meant travel, and being accommodated while on the road. Every now and again I would end up in the perfect home away from home - which is just the experience I now aim to create for travelers to my city.
