We had a great stay at Seagulls. In advance we got a lot of information about the place and the neighbourhood from Vasileos. The hosts were very welcoming, they made us feel at home immediatly and talked us through the place and left us the fridge full off local goodies. During our stay, they where always easy to get in touch with and gave us a lot of tips depending on the weather (we had some raining days). The place itself is a great gateway from citylife. There is a wonderfull oceanview from the house and the sleepingrooms, there is a beach nearby, nice nature, people in the town were very friendly etc. We definitely want to come back!!

We absolutely loved our stay. Got some top tips from wonderful Vasilis (particularly the ferry return to Athens airport). The house was superb, great access to beaches and a simple fishing village where we found anything we needed for our stay.

Heerlijk huis met fantastisch uitzicht! Vasileios en Litsa zijn hele lieve, hartelijke en behulpzame mensen. Bij aankomst was de koelkast gevuld en lagen er heerlijke lekkernijen. Wij hebben echt genoten van het huis en van de mooie stranden en de gastvrijheid in de regio. Dank je wel!

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans la très belle maison de Vasilis et Litsa : tout était conforme à la description. Les photos étaient en-dessous de la réalité! Très bien située, fonctionnelle, extérieurs soignés et agréables, vue imprenable quel que soit l'étage, plages paradisiaques à 5mn à pieds et surtout un accueil très chaleureux. Hôtes aux petits soins tout au long du séjour (accès au potager pour déguster tomates, poivrons, citrons, etc...). Certainement le meilleur accueil que nous ayons reçu depuis que nous voyageons avec Aribnb (7 ans)!

As an Athenian, I love the island of Evia; in just a couple of hours, I feel that I am far away from the hustle & bustle of the city. Vasilis & Litsas' home feels like a world away from my everyday life. I can walk to the beach, up a mountain, be completely alone on a private beach, or dine on fresh Greek food overlooking the water a 4-min. walk away from the house. An 8-min. drive will take me to Agii Apostoli, a fishing village with eating/drinking options during summer evenings with locals. On evenings we stayed in, my husband & our 10-year old son would eat on one of the many terraces overlooking the expanse of the bay through the bougainvillea & other plantings. Practically, the house allows for easy living: the kitchen is set up for actual cooking, the shower always has hot water, the beds are firm and comfortable, & the a/c is available. I especially loved the privacy of the home. Our hosts were wonderful: they were helpful with an issue that delayed our arrival. Thanks V & L!
