I have stayed in this building a few times over the past few years. This unit has been my favorite one to stay at. It was decorated the best. It had the best kitchen equipment, comfortable couch and bed, and a new full size washer dryer. Very comfortable. Well laid out. Very stylish. Very well stocked. The pilot light on the hot water heater went out and I did not notice it until late Friday night. The owner came right over and promptly fixed it - where but otherwise, I would not have had a hot shower for a bit. When looking to stay first you should decide on the area of town, then the building, then the unit. Area of town - 5/5. Close to everything. Building 5/5. Great security and amenities. Unit 5/5. My favorite one in the building, out of the several times I have stayed there over the years.

Nice place, well kept, comfortable and with secure parking. Refugio is responsive to any questions and accommodating to your needs. The location is centralized to all the restaurants and markets. I plan on booking again.

I enjoyed my stay at this location. If you are looking for a safe and secure place to stay. This is the place. It has secured parking and the security guard does check on you and your car. Many clubs are nearby and an Italian restaurant is across the street. It has a Waldo's next door, a market if you forget something at home. The location has a gym for those who maintain their health and a pool table with seating on the top floor. The location was at the end of Revolucion which was perfect for this trip. Check-in is at 4 pm. I did request for an earlier entrance and it was accommodated by a few hours. I will search for this location in the future.

I had a great stay. Place was very clean, organized, comfortable and well furnished. Had great wifi, a nice balcony, a nice kitchen and overall was a very pleasant stay. Would recommend and I’ll definitely stay here again.
