très jolie maison à proximité de la mer, décorée avec goût ! tout y est pour passer un très bon moment! la plage est accessible à pied et les conseils de Sophie nous ont bien aidés pour organiser notre sejour. Nous recommandons chaudement!

My family and I had an unfortunate experience. We woke up the first morning to find lots of ants downstairs and in our kids' bedroom upstairs. There were just a lot of bugs including some pretty scary looking spiders. I don't want to put undue blame on the hosts because the home was obviously cared for and not in a state of disrepair. We were told that spring 2024 has been the wettest in 35 years so perhaps a lot of the bugs were coming inside just because of the cold, wet weather. One of my kids has a severe allergy to insect bites so we just didn't feel comfortable staying. I've never been in this situation before so I reached out to AirBnB and they asked if we wanted to leave and I said "Yes." In hindsight, I wish I had asked Sophie and Eric if we could cancel our reservation early. I fear I may have caused them hardship because I went to AirBnB first. This was not my intent at all - I just figured I'd talk directly to AirBnB since we didn't feel comfortable in the place.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful week in April at Sophie and Eric’s rental. The home is extremely clean and comfortable, with the bonus of a well- equipped kitchen and a nice selection of sand toys. Omaha beach is an easy 5-10 minute walk. Many of the historic landmarks and museums are within easy reach. Absolutely no regrets!
