Really average stay. Feels like the mgmt. company goes out of its way to be as cheap as possible. No internet! Didn’t even have a direct Ethernet cable plugged in—they have a direct connection in one of their other units and then the extender in my unit is supposed to connect. Had to go to coffee shop everyday to work despite paying ~$2400 to stay here. It’s 2023, working internet is a pretty basic thing to set up. Honestly if that worked, I probably wouldn’t have minded the rest of the issues with the place. They gave us one paper towel roll, zero dishwashing pods and one garbage bag for our 3 night stay. Beds with the most paper thin and cheapest blankets money can buy. Living room is spacious and would actually have been great to relax/hang out in but it was such an uncomfortable couch that sitting on the floor was a better option sadly. Understand it’s mammoth and places are old but this place goes out of its way to be cheap and there are def better places to stay for this price.

I had a fantastic stay at this condo. It was easy to check in, very close proximity to the mountain, and a great experience overall!

Overall a nice property, well maintained and clean. it was quite spacious for a group of 6, location is very close to the base lodges of Mammoth mountain. Around 10 min drive to main lodge and canyon lodge. Indoor climate gets a bit dry, I recommend bringing your own humidifier.

Super clean bathrooms. Amazing location. Really enjoyed our stay here while visiting Mammoth.
