Barbara’s place was perfect. The house and surroundings were wonderful, and we had everything we needed. It was very walkable to the city, and it was also perfect for our dog! We were also given a flexible check out since no guests were arriving which made our last day very easy and relaxed :)

Hosts were very friendly and welcoming and the check in was very smooth. Location was ideal for a short drive down to the gondola, we also strolled into the village in about 20 mins. The surrounding and views are beautiful, it’s very tranquil.

Deze locatie is nog mooier dan op de foto’s! Wat een fijne plek! Je bent te voet in een 25 minuten in prachtig Kitzbuhel. Mooie wandelroutes, prachtige uitzichten, lieve eigenaren, heerlijk koud water meertje (voor de ijs zwemmers, super!!) en alles is aanwezig!

Barbara’s cottage is better than on the photos. Hidden in the mountains it offers everything one needs for a comfortable stay away from home: it is within easy walking reach to city centre of Kitzbühel around 20 mins walking. The kitchen is well/equipped with a dish washer, cutlery, French press even foam maker. The inside of the cottage is made in a traditional Tirolian style we loved every detail that had its own history. We came in October so weather wasnt ideal but I would imagine that in summer a man can spend a good two weeks being detached from reality enjoying the peace and quiet. Our kids enjoyed running around and chasing the hens, Barbara also gave us some eggs for breakfast. We wouldnt change this experience for some overpriced hotel in the area, as what Barbara transfers is the spirit of the area. It is an experience! We had two bedrooms which accommodated us and our three kids. The place is warm and you have the option to use the fireplace which we did for extra ambience. Thank you, Barbara, for opening the doors to your place. Bis später!
