Tom could not place me in location originally booked. So he kindly upgraded me to a larger and higher end apartment. Fantastic location and all as described in listing. Parking really is a huge plus in this area of Norwich as rare to find . Appreciated the reliable communication and offer of support if any was needed. Only complaint is one of personal preference and that was the mattress in the master bedroom was way too hard for me. Otherwise great place.

Beautiful apartment! The kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean. It was a very comfortable stay in a great location.

The host was more than kind for letting us stay at this place last minute. It’s a gorgeous loft in a great location in town, everything is accessible on foot. The host communicated with us throughout our stay and was easily accessible through the app. I would recommend staying here.

Very nice apartment within very easy walking distance to any location. Easy communication and solved any issues very quickly, would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. The apartment is stylishly decorated and was very clean. Perfect location for getting around the centre. Check in was really easy and communication with Tom and Elliot was great throughout. Would recommend and would stay again.
