This location has so much to offer. There were restaurants, access to beach and canals, game room, pools, and hot tub, pretty much everything. However, this exact room was not awesome. It smelled horribly a mold, and some type of chemical. The light coming in from Outside the room was so bright it looked like 7AM in the middle of the night. Beds were comfortable and the room was a very roomy layout. One of the worst parts of the room was that it had an air conditioning unit that stated it could not be turned down below 72° or it would break and you would be without air-conditioning the rest of your stay. So we roasted all night. The days we stay were very cool, but if it was a hot day, there is no way you could have stayed cool. Really, the biggest issue was the moldy smell.

Quinn’s place was a great little getaway for me and my partner. The day before our trip we got moved to a different room, free of charge, because it had more space and had a water view! We loved the room it was perfect for us. It had a nice bed and a couch, lots of storage space if you’re staying for longer, and a full kitchen (minus an oven). The location was my favorite part. We had a view of a channel, and behind the unit and across the street was a beach on the bay. The beach was quiet even though it was spring break time, and we had access to the private section of the beach that is only for The Inn residents. The 2 restaurants on the resort were delicious and had great views. A great addition to the resort would be some sort of coffee shop or breakfast place. We visited without a car and it was perfectly walkable except there’s no place to get coffee or breakfast. We had an amazing time, it was a great alternative to busier beaches like Clearwater. Would definitely visit again!

We loved the place from last year so we rebooked again. Quinn was a pleasure to deal with. The place fit our needs just wonderfully plus the other renters were very friendly. We stayed 5 weeks and made a lot of friends from all over the United States.
