Great Place! A private lot in a resort community. Short walk to the gym/pool. Beautiful outdoor space - nice fire pit and grill. Hot tub was excellent! Host was very proactive with communications. A very nice find in the mountains of North Georgia.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jim's cabin. It is walk-able to the activity center that had everything the kids wanted. The back porch was really nice, serene and filled with a lot of wildlife activity. It's not often you find a peaceful retreat into the woods that offer community amenities like this. We would love to stay again in the future! Jim was proactive and made sure we were set up for a good visit.

My family enjoyed a last minute stay at the lodge and it was everything we were looking for. Jim was very responsive and helpful, and there were no issues with the Airbnb whatsoever. It is a beautiful area, the lodge is very peaceful, and within walking distance to the rec center for more amenities. We loved having the hot tub, indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit for smores, grill, and washer/dryer. There is honestly everything you may need here. We did not seek out Ellijay specifically, we were just looking for somewhere to stop off of 75 North, and we still found plenty to do in the area and within the resort itself. We hope to return again for longer!

We usually enjoy being out and about during our trips, but Jim’s place had us wanting to sit on the porch, watch the deer and enjoy the quiet beauty of the woods. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals including spices and condiments and the beds were comfortable. I loved the touches that made it feel like a home instead of just a sterile rental. The town of Ellijay is wonderful - lots of shops and restaurants. We loved our stay - it was restful and comfortable!

Lovely cabin in a community. The amenities were great! We were looking for a getaway to relax and enjoy some family time, with no agenda. The cabin was well stocked, clean and nicely laid out. Our favorite part was the fire pit/outdoor seating. We made fire every day, cooked food on it, s’mores and just enjoyed being outside in nature. The sunsets on the upper porch were beautiful! There were a couple of maintenance items we came across, but the owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We used the indoor pool, which was really nice to have on a rainy day. There is a game room, tennis, bball etc, all within 2 min walk. We ventured down to the river for kids to try finishing and spent a couple of days hiking parks in the area.
