A huge living area with luxury kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest toilet form the interior. Outside, the private garden and several swimming pools guarantee optimal relaxation. The detached villa consists of two floors of about 90 square meters each. It is individually furnished with stylish, made-to-measure interiors and comfortably fully equipped. The luxurious tiled floor (grey high-gloss tiles) and the matching grey-white furnishings create a fantastic overall impression of well-being in a modern ambience. The two floors are connected by a large staircase made of black marble. On the ground floor you will find a large living room. The spacious sofa landscape invites you to relax after an exciting day in Hurghada. The attractive wall unit consists of high-gloss painted hanging modules. Here we provide you with numerous board games, which are intended to give you hours of fun. A 55-inch flat-screen TV in combination with a satellite TV system and a high-quality Blu-Ray player also allows an exciting movie night to be enjoyed. In addition, free WLAN is available. We have deliberately designed the dining area to be particularly luxurious: The large table has plenty of room to eat. At a width of one metre, all meals and drinks can be arranged attractively between the sets. The luxurious fitted kitchen in a dark grey high-gloss design offers everything you need to prepare your meals! High-quality built-in appliances (e.g. oven, microwave, etc.) enable a wide variety of food creations. The cooking is done on a ceramic hob with an extra strong extractor hood, so that food smell can hardly survive in the villa. The ingredients can be prepared on a particularly noble and hard-wearing marble worktop. We have also installed a water filter for washing vegetables and/or fruit, which treats the tap water for this purpose. A water dispenser for drinking water is also available, which, in addition to room-tempered water, can also pour chilled water and – equipped with a child lock – even hot water. The large refrigerator offers plenty of space for food and drinks. In addition to another water dispenser, it also has a large freezer half with a device for making ice cubes. For those who do not want to use the large sink for washing up, a dishwasher is available. Save time for more relaxation! Many other appliances can also be found in the kitchen, including a European filter coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle and many more. On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet with a washing machine – a facility that should make packing much easier. A large marble staircase leads up to the upper floor. Two large bedrooms are available for our guests. You may wish to prepare the rooms with double or single beds. We will check this with you in good time before your arrival. Please refrain from moving furniture independently during your stay (see also house rules). Spacious cupboards are available for your clothes. Valuables can be locked in a safe. In addition, each of the two bedrooms can be locked separately. Both rooms have direct access to the spacious balcony with a magnificent view over the garden and two swimming pools. The master bedroom is also directly connected to one of the two bathrooms on the floor. Both bathrooms are comfortably furnished: They have marble washbasins and rain showers with milk glass cabins. All rooms have ventilation windows for your well-being. In addition, the bedrooms and living rooms are equipped with powerful air conditioning systems that can be individually adjusted. In winter, these air conditioners even have a heating function if it gets too cold in Egypt. Well-kept lawns in the middle of the desert can be found in the house's own garden, inviting you to linger. Next to the large window front of the living room on ground floor there is a large terrace, where you can have your meals outside. How about a cosy breakfast under palm trees in the pleasantly warm morning sun? Through the lawn at the back of the villa you also reach the common area, the highlights of which are two pools in the immediate vicinity of the villa. There are sufficient sunbeds available to sunbathe directly on the water.
