Charming and spacious value. Feels lived in, a lot of AirBnB I have visited before this one had an IKEA feel with very cheep beds and materials, not the case here felt like a home. Parks to walk to and see Black River and Lake Erie are close and there is a diverse amount of diners, restaurants cocktail bars, and bistros within walking distance. Neighborhood felt safe enough police presence very visible as its just a few blocks from the police station. Mijers walmart walgreens CVS are a short drive. Feel like its a good home base to explore the area.

The "indoor neighborhood" was very unique and gave the space a lot of individual charm. Indoors and surrounding neighborhood was extremely quiet and peaceful. Local restaurants within walking distance weren't the greatest in my opinion(we attempted 3) but nothing a quick drive to a more familiar food chain couldnt solve. I would revisit in the future.

The place was quirky and as described. There were some stained carpets and tired linens but all in all everything we needed was provided (no bath soap, but we didn't need it) and the apartment was spacious. There are parakeets and cockatiels in the atrium which were charming. The area was overflowing with people when we arrived because a show was letting out of the theater across the street. The rest of the time it was pretty quiet and the area felt like it was a bit depressed and tired. the diner near the Broadway Arch was lovely.

Instructions for parking etc were very helpful. The lock box has been replaced with a keypad. Easy! The atrium entrance to the unit is highly unique and peaceful. The unit is quiet and restful in a walkable downtown area.
