The accommodation was as described and is perfect for a short stay in the area. Martha's instructions for self check in were very clear. The room is on the second floor at the back of the house, so is very quiet. The shared shower room and toilet were spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast tray in the room was much appreciated. It would have been lovely to meet Martha or Andrew, but I didn't see them at all during my 3 night stay. Martha kept in touch by message and I'm sure if there had been a problem, it would have been addressed. The house is located a few mins uphill drive from the centre of Newport and also a few minutes drive from the M4. It is also worth noting that as it's an older property, the stairs are quite steep.

I have stayed at Martha's property more than eight times. Always the best stay at Newport. Very affordable and clean property. Planning to stay many more times. 🤩
