The place was just right for our needs. Everything was modern and updated. It was small and a little cramped in the bathroom and bedroom, but the kitchen was great. The parking was a challenge, and that's probably the only negative about this. It's street parking, and it was trash day, so the garbage bins took up a lot of the places where we might have parked. It was somewhat inconvenient to have to park on the other side of this busy road, but I was happy to have a place so close to the U, so I could put up with it. I stayed here because I was an online student at the University, and I came into town for my graduation. It was very close to where I was going, so the convenience was great. They have nice pans for cooking, great air conditioning (so good that I was freezing), a great heater, and a comfortable bed. Overall very satisfied with my stay.

A cute and cozy apartment near downtown and lots of other things to do. We had a quick overnight with our pup and it was so convenient to parks and restaurants. The bedroom and bathroom are small but worked fine for us. Parking on the street outside was easy. Loved the location and the great hosts!

Some of the many pros of the apartment included: great location, safe, quiet neighborhood, walkable within a mile to downtown, and close to Sprouts to stock up on supplies. The entire apartment was immaculately clean. The bed was pretty comfy, the shower and towels were great, and I enjoyed curling up on the sofa with a blanket and one of the many pillows to watch tv at night. Hosts were super responsive and friendly to all communications! A few of the cons: the apartment can only really handle 1-2 people, as it is very small. Due to the bed taking up the entire length of the room, you have to walk out and around to access the two sides of the room (bathroom side and living room side), which was annoying. There weren't many surfaces to place things on, so it was challenging to figure out where to put a suitcase, toiletries (no sink space for doing makeup, etc.), etc. Also, on my last day there, there was construction going on RIGHT outside the window all afternoon...not relaxing

Great place to stay! Very clean! Great kitchen to be able to cook! The taller shower head and water flow was awesome! The bed was comfortable! Living room was like being at one’s own home. Many places to visit and restaurants to eat at within walking distance. Britta and Meelad are GREAT HOSTS!!!
