The place is easy to find, (but do yourself a favor and get a bus for a few stops if you got luggage and you're coming airport or train station way). The check-in and check-out process was simple, instructions so clear a 7years old could do. The room was clean and tidy, well lit, well heated and so was the bathroom Communication was fast, Keiko was very helpful, friendly and polite. Would recommend it to anyone.

This is a very nice location for hitting central Edinburgh. You can even walk to the castle if you don't mind a little walking; it's probably a twenty minute walk or so. We found this location to be perfect for the Edinburgh nightlife. (Highly recommend Panda and Sons) The room was lovely and the shower was hot. There is a lovely dining room for breakfast. The 11am check out was just what we needed after staying out so late. Since there are a lot of rooms you can hear water running in other places when someone takes a shower or flushes a toilet, and you might hear early risers getting up for the day, but if you don't mind that sort of thing, it's really ideal! It feels a lot like staying in a hotel so it was nice for our one night in Edinburgh.

A lovely room really close to buses into the city centre. I was welcomed at really short notice and everything in the room was in order. The plumbing is quite loud which might be a bother if you're a very light sleeper, the shower head took a bit of manoeuvring until it stayed put, and when the heating was on both bathroom taps ran hot! However, I needed a room and what I got was a really good sized one with a comfortable bed at an hour's notice!
