Monte Azul is a country house in the Alentejo Coast region, very near the Southwest Alentejo and Vicentine Coast Natural Park, that is the finest preserved stretch of European coastline, covering over 100 km, from Porto Covo to Burgau (Algarve). Monte Azul is a country house with pool, patio, barbecue, shed and parking set in a natural, quiet and beautiful place on one of the most most beautiful regions of Portugal: Alentejo. It is on a property with 35.000 m², less than half an hour of Porto Covo and 5 min. of dam Barragem Fonte Serne. The property contains a small pine forest, a pond, a cork oak forest and orchard. The house has a total constrution area of 170 m², 2 bedrooms (1 suite), lounge, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a maximum capacity of 8 people. The house is placed at an 1.900 m² urban area (walled) with pool, barbecue and shed for private use of the house guests. The Villa is always rented on an exclusive basis. Several activities can be practiced both inside and outside the property. However, if the aim is just rest, the property offers you silence and peace! The location favors the contact with a broad historical and cultural heritage. In the fantastic dam at five minutes of the property (Barragem de Fonte Serne), you can practice water sports. Fishing, sailing, canoeing or windsurfing await you. If you prefer salt water, you are located near a diversity of beaches. From the bustle of Vila Nova de Milfontes, to the warm waters of St.Torpes, in the middle is a pearl of the Portuguese's beaches - the Malhão. Access is by dirt, but it's certainly worth to to enjoy a natural landscape. Ah ... and Porto Covo!
