This home was the right size and vibe for our multi-generational family trip. The neighborhood is new, and we are a family who likes to walk to our destinations - while sometimes this was easy to accomplish by using the AMAZING trail system just down the street, most of the bigger amenities (grocery, multiple parks, museums, etc.) required a drive. We found everything we needed in the fully stocked kitchen, we all loved having our own bathrooms, and the 2 car garage easily accommodated our family. We loved sitting down together for meals at the big table, and we even grilled on the patio, and the kids braved the pool one afternoon (we didn't visit at the right time of year to make full use of the pool). All the appliances were in good working order and available for our use, making our stay very comfortable. The place was quiet, we didn't hear the neighbors at all, which made naptime easy. Thanks for having us!

We really enjoyed our stay. My grandkids loved the movie theatre area, the video game, the pool and the hot tub.

We had a great time. We did have a toddler get locked in a bedroom and it takes a special kind of key to unlock the doors (a regular toothpick won’t work) it would be nice to have a key somewhere in the house to unlock. The community hot tub wasn’t working well the second day. We think it got clogged by someone putting confetti in the pool. The hot tub was always super crowded so hard to enjoy.

Vanessa was great and very responsive to my questions! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed! I will definitely keep this on my list of places to stay whenever I head to Southern Utah!
