Traumhaft schönes Apartment mit einer Atemberaubenden Terrasse mit Seeblick,etwas höher gelegen aber zu Fuß vom See aus in 10min zu erreichen (die letzten 100m sehr Steil aber der Weg lohnt sich🥰) Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen

I have mixed feelings about my stay. On one side the house is well described and has a beautiful terrace with amazing views. On the other side the apartment is pretty basic and with bad weather has little to offer. The check-in and communication was smooth but when we finished out of toilet paper I was answered that only one piece was available and they could suggest some place to buy more. I mean, you pay 450€ for 3 nights + 120€ of cleaning fee + 40€ of sheets + taxes and you get one piece of discount toilet paper for 4 people that runs out after 1 day? And where I should buy it at night is a small village on the lakeside at night? In my opinion, it’s just not acceptable for they money I paid

The view!! The lake is beautiful, Sulzano had everything we needed. We did our grocery shopping in Bergamo on our way, so the small shop in town worked well for us. The apartment is very well equipped also for cooking at home. Communication was good, and directions and accessibility was great, even though steep. There is some extra fees for heating, towels/linen and tourist levy.

Geweldig uitzicht op het meer. Schoon appartement en leuk ingericht. Wij hebben het naar ons zin gehad! Het enige mindere was dat we later pas zagen dat er extra betaald moest worden voor de verwarming en de handdoeken & dekens. Het zou fijner zijn als dat iets duidelijker bij de regels zou staan. Verder een top weekend gehad!

Amazing view from the balcony, accommodation nice. But a few things you need to be aware of before booking - they add linen, towels AND heating to your bill as an extra which is the first time I’ve ever seen that, it felt like they were trying to squeeze you for extra cash and really that should just be included in the listed Airbnb price. Yes they mention it in their ‘extra’ list but not everyone reads every single part of a listing before booking, you don’t expect to have to pay for your bedding - it’s a given! It’s at the top of a very steep tight road so any drivers who aren’t very confident or have wider cars would really struggle. If you’re ok with all those things, the place itself is nice and the terrace is amazing.
