Hospitality is my career for almost 15 years. I landed in Toronto on 26th June 2015 and Airbnb was not popular at that time. I booked one hostel in Toronto for 50 CAD/ night after tax and fee before I could move in the apartment I rented on the beginning of July 2015. The hostel room had 4 bunk beds for 8 people. The room was very small for 8 people, no privacy. 4 rooms liked that had 2 washrooms: one for men, one for women. To avoid the line up in the morning to use the wash room and bathroom, I had to wake up at 4 am. The breakfast included but only toast, jam, butter with coffee or tea. At that time, I thought I could do something much better with the price of 50 CAD or 60 CAD. To make sure that what I serve to meet your expectation, I would like to clarify the informations: 1- If you look the clean place ( bedroom, bathroom, living room): Yes, my place does 2- If you look for place is quiet and peaceful: Yes, my place does 3- If you look for place with free hot breakfast served which normally hotel or restaurant charged you 15 CAD/pax plus tax and tip: Yes, I serve breakfast from 9 am to 10 am. 4- If you look for place with washing machine, dryer machine included: Yes, I have. 5- If you look for place with kitchen and utensils you can use: Yes I have. 6- If you look for place with free garage, parking: Yes I have. BUT: 1- If you look for place to party or drug use : No, that is not for my place. 2- If you look for place in downtown: No, my place belongs to Toronto but not in downtown. It ís close to Lawrence West subway station, Yorkdale subway station, Glencain subway station. It takes from 30-45 minutes by public transportation to downtown depending where is the place you would like to visit. It takes 20 minutes by bus to the Pearson Airport. There are many buses running around. 3- If you look for the new, modern building and private bathroom: No, I don't have. The place like that costs you from 100 CAD up in Toronto, not that my price. Please read the information carefully before making the reservation to make sure what I offer meet what you expect. There are Walmark, Metro, Home Depot, Yorkdale shopping mall, Asian stores... around.
