Adam and Erica rescued us from Airbnb situation that turned out badly. They immediately accepted our request and Adam was waiting for us at the apartment within minutes. He was warm and welcoming after our negative situation. The apartment is on second floor in a locked building. The building is very safely tucked into a residential area. Adam and Erica are detail oriented with a bottle of wine waiting for us, chocolates ( it was eclipse inspired), waters, plenty of coffee choices, bath products and lots of towels. comfortable beds and quiet sleep for great sleeping. Thank you again to Adam and Erica! definitely recommend this Airbnb!!!!!

A native of Rochester, NY, and living in Maine for the last 38 years, I had the good fortune of staying with family when I would come “home”. This year, however I was unable to do so, thus, was in need of lodging. The location was great, the apartment was beautiful / nice and peaceful and very cozy. Adam was fantastic a super accommodating and always available and responsive- especially over Christmas. I would not hesitate to stay here again - highly recommended. The only bummer was not being able to try out Atlas Eats, which is directly downstairs - I heard it was not to be missed! Many thanks to these awesome hosts!

Very comfortable bed. Apartment located upstairs in historic building- Interesting architecture, beautifully restored. Especially enjoyed the “coffee table” book about the history of Rochester.

Great place for visiting son and family. Granddaughter stayed in the bedroom with a door and we stayed in the open bedroom space. Would stay again. Pictures online are accurate but don't show how bright, cheery and roomy it feels. Bedding was pretty and so comfortable. Son and DIL loved the “vintage look.” Apt 4 is on second floor. We are both in our sixties and the steep stairs were fine for us. This apt on the back side of the building, faces a quiet residential area. Heard an occasional loud vehicle pass by(as in any neighborhood) but never any noise from businesses in the building. Venetian blinds on all windows (but not room darkening if that is important.) Supplied just about anything you could need, and then some. K-cups, tea, sugar, honey, creamer. A candy dish full of lollipops! Several area magazines and travel brochures for area attractions. Ate at Atlas Eats with my son and his family. Brunch prices reasonable, food was very fresh, no complaints from anyone! Yummy!
