The place we stayed at was fantastic, very peaceful, and had a calming atmosphere. The restaurant on the premises served amazing drinks and food. However, we experienced a few issues that didn't add to the luxurious vibe we were expecting. For instance, we asked for coffee pods and drinking water on day two of our stay, but were informed that we would have to pay for these additional amenities. This seemed off and was not in line with the luxurious experience we were hoping for. Additionally, we had difficulty arranging our transfer to collect us from our rooms, and our driver had to wait for almost an hour to collect our group of six. Despite these issues, the place was beautiful, and they did not ruin our trip. Nonetheless, they were avoidable and unnecessary.

We enjoyed our time in the cabana, beautiful views and good breakfast included in the price. However, we didn’t like that the cabanas doesn’t have a designated parking spot in each cabana, you have to park and leave you car in the main entrance and then get around the hotel by Tuk-Tuk that is very uncomfortable since the route is very bumpy and the motor taxi is very small with no amortization. If you have big bags there is not good space to transport them so you have to go back and forward. We arrived at 4:00pm and our cabana was not ready so we have to go to another cabana. But the overland experience is good

Absolutely amazing place for the price, reception on hand the whole time to answer any questions, the best view, definitely the best place to stay in Guatape. Didn’t want to leave at all!
