This is a basic hotel room just as described in the Airbnb website. The location was a short drive to Denali NP and worked as a place to rest our tired bodies after a day of hiking and shuttle bus riding. What makes this place exceptional are the people who work here. Donna and her tech support person went above and beyond the call of duty helping us out to reserve a shuttle bus trip in the park. She even let me use her computer as my phone was not able to complete the reservation. Both were so helpful with my technical difficulties. Donna was able to give suggestions on the differences between the buses in Denali and recommended eating establishments in the area. I highly recommend this place not only as somewhere to sleep but also as a place where the owners care about their customers.

Good place to rest your head - for those talking about the heater you have to place it on a 'stable and flat surface'. There's a button on the bottom of the heater that needs to be pushed in, i know it's inconvenient but at least it worked. After 10PM the host is off of work. Location is pretty easy to find, it's close to the 3 bears grocery and Veritus gas station. The actual room is inside of a trailer that houses other rooms. Has a 'dorm' vibe. The cleaner actually puts powder to clean the floor so it is always fresh :D

No Heater! No Heater! There was no heater in my room (room 14). The room temperature dropped significantly during the night. My wife and I woke up several times during the night and ended up wearing down coats to fall asleep. Next morning, the guy in front desk told us we could call them to get a heater. But we did not feel that cold until midnight. Other than the heater issue, everything else were good, the room was clean and basic items were available.

Very clean room and good water pressure in the shower in the bathroom. The area has good cellular network too. Very few miles from Park Rd (Denali National Forest main road) and very close to several restaurants in Denali. Staff is very friendly & their office has coffee in the morning and the office is open till 10 pm and you can get most things you need from there. Their gift shop is good too!
