Beautiful place to stay for family get together, southwold is beautiful and lovely walk from the house. House was perfectly set up.

Great stay, good seating - ideal for number of guests,& comfy too. One niggle, which we were informed of on the day, was that the shower couldn’t be used in the en suite as there was a cracked shower tray - this meant that one of our group was unable to have a shower as the bath & other shower wasn’t accessible to her due to her ability level. Also the shower over the bath was ok for others, but as there was no shower screen/ curtain it made it difficult to prevent water from going all over the floor. Location great, parking area was ideal, as we were all having to arrive in separate cars -6- but there was parking for us & still enough space for the other cottage’s occupants to park too.

Perfect property for a family get together ages ranged from 2-84. All very happy with the location and all the space. Everything is within a reasonable location and the cafe down the lane is fantastic. Suffolk Secrets are very helpful and easy to contact

The house was great but it really wasn’t clean. We didn’t mind as we had young children and a big family but you could really the upstairs carpet had not even been hoovered. The location was great and the style and size of the house was perfect. You can tell this house is managed by a company and not an individual. There is much care going into it and things where broken everywhere. For example the lounge lamp, all of the cushion zips, all the clocks didn’t work, the blinds broken etc. So ye sits a great house and great location but it lacks a personal touch and does need some extra care.

This place is really great! The location is fantastic as well as the food at the cafe just a minute from the house. The description says 3 cars on the driveway, but we managed exactly 10 without obstructing the neighbours, all be it with a bit of car tetris. The house is alot bigger than the photos suggest and we all loved the quirkiness of the layout and rooms through other rooms. Everything was clean and provided everything you would expect. Recycling and getting the key from the lockbox was no issue at all either. It felt very homely with plenty of seating and pillows; plus the heating worked perfectly and no issues at all connecting the PlayStation to the TV either, and WiFi too! It was my 30th Birthday and 10 of us in total, I just wanted somewhere in the countryside we could call home for a long weekend and this house ticked every box. Me and my friends will definitely be booking here again in the future to catch up and enjoy Southwold. If I had just one thing to say, the check-in time of 4pm is fine, but the check out time of 9am is a tad early and something like 10am would be better. I just say that as even though we're not messy people and cleared up well after ourselves, it is still a bit to do in the morning, given the number of people this house can accomodate. But other than that, you will not be disappointed :) 9.5/10, will stay again!
