Only thing that upstairs shower has broken knob was hard to operate. Otherwise everything was great. Nice place for family vacations.

the beds and the pillows were absolutely so comfortable very accommodating had dish soap a brand new sponge in the package for us garbage bags spices little hotel soaps shampoos and conditioners it was absolutely amazing I even brought propane from my own house because I live in Placerville thinking you know he has a propane barbecue but maybe there's no propane in his tanks so I will bring my own tank just in case but there was nothing that I didn't need already in the house beach towels life jackets floaties it was like walking into a bed and breakfast except for we had to bring our own food it was absolutely amazing I would completely go there again what a great wonderful house

Airbnb was really great, the space was really big and the view from the lake is perfect! The amenities that are provided in the description are totally available in the house! Great stay.

The place is great and Adam and Rich were super responsive. We thought it was more 'right on the water' when there was a very lightly traveled (like 1-2 cars/day) road in between the house and the water. No houses are right on the lake, which we realized later, but thought it was a yard that led out to the water. Great spot, will definitely rent again, you just can't run out and jump in the lake from the house, which is what we thought.....

Adam’s house was amazing for our two families. We had kids ages 2-10 and we all had a wonderful time. Kitchen was full stocked with whatever needed. Easy walk to the lake where we were able to launch and leave the boat in right in front of the house. Rich was amazing with showing us all we needed to know about the house. We will definitely stay again
