Unterkunft an der Düne, direkt an einer der Durchgänge/Möglichkeiten zum Überqueren dieser. Spektakulärer breiter und langer Strand. Die direkt an Haus vorbeiführende Bahnlinie hat nicht weiter gestört. Nach Auftreten eines Schadens an der elektrischen Installation des Hauses, der zu einem Stromausfall führte, reagierte Kenneth umgehend !! mit der Beauftragung eines Elektrikers, der den Schaden sehr schnell behob. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

We had a great week in Kenneth's house and we really enjoyed it. The house is next to the dune and the location is perfect for a spontaneous view of the sunset at the beach. We felt very comfortable and would love to stay there again.

So haben wir uns den Urlaub gewünscht: Ein schönes schlichtes Häuschen direkt an den Dünen. 3 Minuten und man ist am kilometerlangen Sandstrand, der einem gefühlt allein gehört, und genießt die Schönheit der Brandung zu den unterschiedlichsten Tageszeiten. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht, nicht mehr, nicht weniger. Der Zug, der direkt am Haus vorbeifährt, stört überhaupt nicht, er wird uns eher fehlen. Kenneth ist ein sehr guter Vermieter, der sofort auf Nachrichten reagiert.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) haben in Kenneths Haus direkt am Meer schöne und gemütliche Augusttage verbracht. Wir hatten einige Tage tolles Sonnenwetter und kaum Wind - perfekt für Strandburgen, Steine sammeln am Strand und etwas Sonne am Meer tanken. Das Haus und die Terrasse sind zwar einfach eingerichtet, aber genau das hat uns gerade gefallen. Das Haus und besonders die Küche sind auch sonst mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Der nächste Minimarket (verkauft jeden Tag frisches Brot und Brötchen) ist zu Fuß in etwa 15min zu erreichen, der nächste Supermarkt liegt 5min mit dem Auto entfernt. Für Familien mit Kindern ist ein Ausflug in den Wow Park Skjern (80km) sehr zu empfehlen. Kenneth ist ein hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und stets und schnell erreichbar.

After having a great time last year in Denmark, we decided to spend our holdays again at the west coast, because we liked the calm and wide area and the rough sea. This time we decided to travel to Kenneth's place in Harboöre for 10 days and this was a great decision! Kenneth's place is really just 50 meters away from the beach. Therefore we could visit the beach several times per day. It also lies in a calm area a little bit outside of Harboöre with other holiday houses but with a lot of space in between them. On the other hand, the next supermarket (Aldi Süd for example) is just 5min away by car. Kenneth's holiday cottage is very cozy and comfortable and has a lot of space (we stayed there with 4 persons). Another outstanding point is, that it's very well equipped with a lot of unexpected "add-ons" like a billard table, table tennis, a french press, coffee, etc. The kitchen was also well equipped so we could cook everyday. In general, we haven't missed anything. Kenneth is a very friendly, trustworthy and kind person! The communication with him was incredibly good! We had regular conversations and he replied on everything we asked very fast (under 5 minutes). At the end of our vacation time we took the oportunity to write in his guest book and if we travel to this region again, we cannot really think of a better place to stay than Kenneth's. We wish him and his family all the best! (And yes - this is a high recommendation to spend some days at Kenneth's)
