Villa Ive, situated in Žunići (Vinjerac), will provide you a perfect and relaxed vacation. Have you ever experienced the combination of fresh mountain air and seawater? If you are looking for an ideal destination, search no more! You'll find everything you need in our villa:) Ground floor: open concept kitchen/living room/dining area with fireplace, satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning and floor heating. Bath/WC. Storeroom with laundrey machine. Exit to the veranda. Upper floor: 1 room with possibility of having twin beds or double bed, satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning, floor heating. 1 room with double bed, satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning, floor heating and exit to the terrace ( 5 m², terrace furniture). Shower/WC. 1 room with double bed, satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning, floor heating and en suite bathroom. Veranda 250m² (swimming pool, BBQ, two sitting areas, garden). Free WiFi. Free parking.

A very nice and new house with all gadgets you need for your stay. The owners have left us also some nice gifts and were very nice. They also take care about the house and check the pool every few days. All rooms were clean and had a great interior. In all 3 bedrooms and the living room are airconditions. Close to the house (10 min. drive) are beautiful beaches. For groceries you also need to drive around 10 minutes.

Es ist eine sehr schöne und modern eingerichtete Villa, die mit allem ausgestattet ist was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Eva und der Ivo sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das einzigste was jemanden stören könnte ist die Lage, die etwas abseits und sehr ruhig gelegen ist. Was aber kein Problem dargestellt, denn nach Vinjerac sind es keine fünf Minuten mit dem Auto und auch Zadar ist sehr gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Für uns war es ein rundum schöner und unverbindlicher Urlaub.

This brand new villa is situated on a hill above Vinjerac (hamlet Žunići) where you can enjoy your vacation in a natural and not crowded environment. Vinjerac is a picturesque village, rich with centuries of history and tradition. It is located on a peninsula in the part of Velebit channel.
The house is 2 minutes away by car or around 10 minutes on foot (1.5km) from the
center of Vinjerac , market, restaurants, bars and the nearest beach.
You can enjoy many hidden and wild beaches nearby, take long walks or even go hiking! Velika Paklenica canyon, considered to be the most attractive Croatian climbing site, is only 20 minutes away. 3 out of 7 croatian national parks are within 1 hour's drive (Krka, Plitvice, Paklenica) and if you want to experience a boat ride, visit Kornati national park (the ride starts in Zadar, 30km away).
