Marco’s apartment is in the most perfect location if you want to be in the heart of Florence. As someone who regularly uses air b&b services in Florence, this has been the best in terms of location for me as the duomo is right on your doorstep. The building itself is beautiful and the check in process was straight forward and easy to understand Marco’s instructions. I highly recommend this place to someone who is maybe visiting Florence for the first time as it will make exploring the city so easy and special.

great location. In a great central location yet quiet because the apartment is located on the 4th floor. Bed was very comfortable which is so important after a full day of walking. Marco gives very precise instructions to navigate in the building to find the apartment. Towel warmer in the bathroom which is nice to have. I didn’t use the kitchen. For the price it is good value. Some things to consider: you don’t hear the street noise because the apartment is on the 4th floor, but you need to climb some stairs. There are 2 different elevators you can take to get to the 3rd floor but there is one flight of stairs to get to the apartment. The shower is a standard small European shower. Not the standard North American size so for my husband who is 6’3 is manageable but a bit tricky. There was a smell in the bathroom, and some stains in the shower, which I cleaned with cleaning products. But the smell was there for the 3 days we stayed. Overall I think the apartment is a great value.
