Our lovely two bedroom apartment with large private terrace and fully furnished kitchenette comfortably fits 2 adults and 2 children (or 3 adults). In a quiet country area eight km from the sea, great view, it's your perfect base to explore Portofino, the 5 Terre and Genoa. A lovely fully furnished apartment with ocean view, composed of en-suite double bedroom, a single bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom. A small day area with a kitchenette, a large terrace equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun beds. The perfect accommodation to sleep a family of 2 adults and 2 children. For a couple the second bedroom can be used as a living room with a sofa, TV, etc. The apartment is part of an ancient country house, Villa Paggi, completely restored with the principle of bio-architercture. The location is a great starting point for excursions to discover the Italian Riviera, with Portofino, the Cinque Terre, Genova and its famous Aquarium. The rental of the apartment includes: Linen for bed, kitchen and bathroom. Use of the house gym with spinbike, crosstrainer and multifuncional bench. Free car park on the grounds. Wi-fi internet connection.

Very friendly hosts, they gave us lots of information about what to see and do. Much privacy in a lovely surrounding.
Alessandra was very welcoming. She gave us helpful advice regarding visiting Portofino and Cinque Terre. Also suggested some restaurants where we had delicious meal. The area is quiet but only 10 minutes drive from busy tourist area. We enjoyed it.
Très belle endroit avec une vue magnifique sur la montagne et la mer . Alessandra est une hôte formidable pleine de bons conseils et toujours disponible. Nous étions dans l'appartement 2 pièces avec la grande terrasse, parfait pour un couple et un enfant. Le fait d être sur les hauteurs il faut absolument une voiture car l endroit est isolé. Les petits déjeuners sont très copieux et faits maison, ne pas s en priver. Très bon rapport qualité prix en cette saison et idéal pour visiter la région et les cinque terres A recommander
Une chambre très agréable dans un cadre magnifique. Les petits déjeuners proposés à la villa Paggi étaient également très bons. Il est cependant fort regrettable que les hôtes n'aient jamais retrouvé les deux chemises (Martin Margiela et The Kooples) que j'avais malencontreusement oublié dans le placard de la chambre.
We had a wonderful and perfect stay in Alessandra's appartment and everything we needed was there. We really enjoyed our time and would like to say thank you. We totally recommend this place.

The apartment is part of a completely renovated country house surrounded by a garden. The house is located on a hill, a quiet area among olive and chestnut trees, ideal for a restful holiday, two km from the nearest village and 8 km from the sea. It is advisable to have your own vehicle to move around and to reach shops and restaurants.
Guests can have an outdoor parking space in the private parking inside the property.

From Chiavari or Lavagna by train you can easily reach many interesting places such as Genoa, Camogli and the 5 Terre. Especially in high season we recommend not to visit the 5 Terre by car, but to park in Chiavari, Lavagna or Sestri Levante and travel by train or ferry.

Hi, my name is Alessandra. Before running Villa Paggi Bed and Breakfast I worked as a pharmacist in Bologna. I love swimming, scuba diving and kayaking. I have a special interest in marine creatures, which I love to photograph. I like gardening and preparing jams with the fruits of our garden. My husband Gianluca worked as an industrial designer. Recently he followed a cooking course for preparing home made bread and cakes with "pasta madre", with no yeast. Together we like trekking, MTB and discovering natural environment.
