Very happy with our stay at Sullivans. Photos do not do this place justice… it was spacious and lovely with some gorgeous decor.

Great location and the apartment is spacious and gets lots of natural light. However, one bedroom faces a construction site which had bright lights all night, with a lot of light coming in through the blinds at night; an eye mask was needed to get adequate rest. Check-in staff were friendly but check-out staff were abrupt and presumptuous when giving directions, which felt unfriendly. We were also called 1 minute after checkout time to confirm our whereabouts because cleaning staff arrived to clean the room before our check out time. Overall, top location but service was inconsistent and not welcoming.

Well, first, the good news. You're on Hamilton Island. The accommodations are very average with excellent views. unfortunately, the general condition and quality reflects the heavy use of the accommodations. it just seemed very old. The pillows, for example, are very poor in quality. The lighting is very unwelcoming (not warm). Very Basic and dated. The host is a professional management company and does a good job of communicating.. The owner of the unit needs to spend some money and thought into the decor and age of furnishings.

This apartment was simply stunning. Fantastically located in the beautiful Hobart harbour area with easy access to all the local amenities! Parking was easy to request and whilst costed at $10 compared to local parking costs this is very cheap. The apartment itself was very well presented and extremely clean. More than enough space and a fantastic area to relax. The host was extremely responsive and made checking in and out a very simple and easy process. I would recommend this apartment highly
