Great place to stay. Was so cute and had a really nice feel, fairly spacious too. Comfortable beds, nice space for prepping and eating meals and well equipped kitchen. Nice shower. Lovely view of estuary from little garden. Good natural light for a basement property. A nice area of Portishead with lovely buildings/architecture around and history of this at the property to read. Walkable to lido, woods, lake grounds and town, and great coastal path walk- Windmill pub lovely spot for drink with stunning views. Good comms prior to booking, didn't need anything from hosts once there as all was good/self explanatory.

First visit to Portishead and immediately felt right at home. Our host Liz seemed to have anticipated our every need. Really well presented property, fitted out to a high standard and beautifully clean. Lots of oohs and aah's from adults and teenagers alike on arrival. Went surfing at The Wave (fabulous - try it) and ate out at SeaRock fish and chips by the marina. Hope we have an opportunity to visit again and to stay for longer next time. Thank you Liz!

We had a wonderful stay at The Cellar for 3 nights, lovely little place really well equipped and perfect for our little family of 4. Perfect location in a quiet area of Portishead but close enough to walk to the Marina, playground and lake area. Also visited the leisure centre for a swim which was great for small children with little slides. The house was lovely and warm and the little touches like milk and biscuits on arrival were greatly appreciated after a long drive! Liz was very helpful with recommendations for things to do in the area. Thank you!

Lovely house with everything you need for a short or long break. Very comfortable and very clean. Will definitely be back again. Lovely area with some great walks on your doorstep.

We had a lovely stay at Liz’s place, the property is beautiful and felt very homely but also very luxurious. Liz was super helpful and she had left a handy guide detailing the beautiful spots to visit in Portishead and Clevedon, as well as local delicacies to try. We would love to visit again and highly recommend this stay. Thank you Liz!
